Onboarding
The Onboarding team supports new merchants in completing account setup, enabling payment features, and preparing operational workflows.
Use this section when:
- Creating and configuring a new merchant account
- Completing compliance or verification requirements
- Understanding the platform’s operational flow before going live
- Setting up wallets, payout methods, or settlement preferences
Clear account details and use-case information accelerate onboarding success.
Telegram Group Integration
Add the Telegram integration to your group to connect directly with the Onboarding team. This brings your internal stakeholders and KYB specialists into a single discussion, enabling real-time document review, verification guidance, and accelerated KYB completion.
1. Create a new Telegram group and name it after your business.
Example"Company x Coinpayments - Onboarding"
2. Add the Integrations bot as a member of the group:
3. Now make the bot an admin of the group with the permission below:
Note:
If the permissions do not match the integration will not work.
4. Send a message to the bot that includes
- Brand name of your company
- legal entity if different
- First Name
- Last name
- Email address associated with your account
- What you need help with (if required)
Once completed, you will be connected with a member of our onboarding team who can assist you with KYB verification
